What is it?
Think adult rec sports—only way more functional. Whether you're a TA member or not, if you love fitness racing, strength & conditioning, HIIT, or functional training, this league is for you.
Join a fun, inclusive community of fitness lovers—from TA athletes to home gym warriors, members of other gyms, and anyone who just enjoys a good sweat and a great time. It’s all about movement, competition, and community—no matter your starting point.
When is it?
Every Wednesday 6:30pm-8pm
How long is the season?
7 weeks in total. 5 regular season work outs, accompanied by 2 comp workouts + End of season event

Register as an Individual (M or F) via World Fitness Project – make sure you select Total Athletics as your WFP home gym *we will only be offering the individual league this year

Team Captain – although this is an individual league, you will be placed on a team with a captain to keep you updated throughout the season. Also, the team with the overall best score will be award in house prizes!

Email us if you are signing up with friends – of course we want you to be with friends, so if you want to be on a team with them,

Cost
$15.00 USD (plus any applicable taxes) – Individual Event *we will only be offering the individual league this year
How do you sign up? Go to World Fitness Project via the link provided, ensure you state your WFP gym as Total Athletics, so we know you are competing with us!
Are there any extra fees? NO. You do not need to have a membership or class pass for Total Athletics to participate in The Rec League.
