Attend unlimited classes every week and open gym. No restrictions.

Functional Fitness Classes

Functional fitness classes are high-energy, coach-led sessions that combine strength training, conditioning, and skill-building to improve real-world movement and overall athleticism. Each class is guided by a certified coach who ensures proper form, personalized scaling, and a supportive team atmosphere. Using constantly varied workouts, functional movements, and intensity suited to each individual, these classes help participants become stronger, more mobile, and more confident in their everyday physical abilities

Hybrid Conditional Classes

Our Hybrid Conditioning program blends the best of strength, conditioning and athletic movements - without the need for barbells or complex, high skill exercises.
This program is designed for every fitness level, focusing on real-world strength, endurance and mobility through practical, easy to learn movement. You’ll train using dumbbells, sandbags, body weight, and conditioning tools like bikes, skis and rowers.
This program delivers hybrid conditioning without the complexity.

Open Gym

Open Gym offers the flexibility to train on your own schedule, with full access to all the equipment and space you need for an effective workout. Participants can follow the gym’s daily programming if they choose, or pursue their own personal fitness goals at their own pace. Without a coach leading the session, Open Gym allows for independent training while still providing the environment, tools, and community energy of a well-equipped fitness facility.

One-On-One Time

Movement patterns and keeping you safe is our priority. With one on one coaching you get your movements broken down, and tweaked to ensure you get the most out of your programing.

Multiple Coaches

We don’t have just one coach, and you can meet and choose who you think will work for you! You will spend a lot of time working and talking with them, you need to feel absolutely comfortable!

    Whether you're pregnant, 3 weeks postpartum, or 4 years postpartum, we have something for you! We encourage bringing play mats, play pens, activity chairs, and toys, as well as snacks and drinks to keep your little one entertained.
