With the help of Coach Casey and RMT Cait, they will work with you to ensure you are moving appropriately for where you are in your post-baby fitness journey. Also, RISE PHYSIOTHERAPY will be joining us! They are our go-to pelvic floor and diastasis care team!

Whether you're pregnant, 3 weeks postpartum, or 4 years postpartum, we have something for you! We encourage bringing play mats, play pens, activity chairs, and toys, as well as snacks and drinks to keep your little one entertained.
And don't worry if they need a little extra attention—we can modify exercises and include your child in the session so they can stay by your side.
