UG 2026 | Another Weekend of Incredible Effort

Another UG Series weekend is in the books, and once again our Total Athletics athletes showed exactly what it means to compete with heart.

Over the weekend, multiple TA teams and individual athletes took on one of Canada’s premier functional fitness competitions, testing themselves across challenging events that demanded strength, endurance, teamwork, and resilience. While every workout looked different, one thing remained the same—our athletes gave everything they had from the first whistle to the final rep.

It was incredible to watch everyone step onto the competition floor with confidence, support one another, and represent Total Athletics with pride. Every lift, every sprint, every synchronized movement, and every finish line reflected the countless hours of training that happen long before competition day.

One of the best parts of the weekend wasn’t just the performances—it was the atmosphere. Between heats you could find teammates cheering from the sidelines, members helping one another prepare for the next event, and plenty of laughs shared throughout the day. Competition has a way of pushing people to their limits, but it also has a way of bringing people together, and this weekend was a perfect example of that.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who represented Total Athletics:
