WODS for Hero’s 2026

There are days at the gym that are memorable because of the workouts, and then there are days that remind us why we train in the first place.

WODs for Heroes 2026 was one of those days.

From the moment the doors opened, our gym was filled with energy, laughter, determination, and gratitude. Members, local first responders, families, friends, and supporters came together with one shared purpose—to honor the men and women who dedicate their lives to serving our communities while raising funds for causes that directly support them.

Throughout the day, athletes tackled Hero WODs, pushed through challenging workouts, cheered each other on, and welcomed countless visitors into the gym. Whether someone completed one workout or stayed for the entire event, every rep represented something bigger than fitness.

What made the day truly special wasn’t just the workouts—it was seeing our community rally together.

Local businesses donated prizes and supported the event, volunteers gave their time, families stopped by to cheer athletes on, and first responders joined us throughout the day. It was a reminder that when a community comes together with a common goal, incredible things can happen.

Because of your generosity, we raised over $7,000 in support of #IveGotYourBack911.  Those funds will go toward supporting first responders facing occupational stress injuries and mental health challenges, while also helping local families through the Orangeville Food Bank. Every registration, raffle ticket, donation, and word of encouragement contributed to making a real difference.

To everyone who participated.

To our volunteers who kept the day running smoothly.

To the coaches who led workouts from start to finish.

To the businesses and sponsors who donated.

To the first responders who spent part of their day with us.

And to every single person who showed up, donated, or shared our event—you helped make this year’s WODs for Heroes our biggest and most impactful yet.

Thank you.

Events like this remind us that fitness is about far more than lifting weights or setting personal records. It’s about supporting one another, building meaningful relationships, and using our strength to give back.

We’re incredibly proud of what our community accomplished together, and we’re already looking forward to making WODs for Heroes 2027 even bigger.

Until next year—thank you for helping us honor our heroes.
