OUR WHY

This fundraiser was created to honor and support our first responders while raising awareness about the devastating increase in line-of-duty deaths. These tragedies go beyond accidents and physical trauma, extending to the unseen toll of mental health struggles, including suicide.

Through our annual WODS for HEROES, we aim to raise awareness and provide vital support for the mental health and well-being of our first responders. Our goal is to ensure that those who risk their lives every day to protect and serve our communities have access to the care, resources, and support needed to cope with the emotional and psychological challenges they face. Together, we can foster a culture of resilience, hope, and healing for those who give so much in service to others.
